Will the painting actually look like my photo?
Yes. Every photo conversion is reviewed before your kit goes into production. We check that faces are recognizable, that fur tones are accurate, and that the colors match your specific image — not a standard palette. The most common complaint about other kits is that the result doesn't look like the photo. We built our process specifically to fix that.
How long does it take to paint?
Most customers finish their kit over 3 to 5 evenings, depending on the size and how much time you want to spend each session. The 30x40cm kit typically takes 4–6 hours total. The 40x50cm kit takes 6–10 hours. Most people say it goes faster than expected — and that the time itself is part of what makes it meaningful.
What's included in the kit?
Everything you need to go from blank canvas to finished painting: a rolled canvas printed with your numbered photo, 24 paint colors matched to your image, brushes, hanging hooks, mounting pins, and the wooden frame pieces to build and stretch the canvas yourself once you're done. How long does shipping take?
We ship within 3–5 business days of your order. Delivery to the US typically takes 7–14 days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your kit ships so you always know where it is.
